Who operates Capture IV

Capture IV is operated by HERSHEY CAPITAL LLC, Pennsylvania. This notice covers our marketing website and the account-based project platform.

Information used to provide the service

Account and company details, project access permissions, uploaded footage, photos and documents are used to operate your workspace. Passwords are stored as hashes. Subscription payments are handled by Stripe; Capture IV does not store full payment-card details.

Contact inquiries include the details you enter and are saved for review. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. Please do not send passwords, project access codes, payment-card details or confidential project files through the contact form.

Cookies, fonts and activity

The platform uses necessary session cookies for sign-in, security and authorized project access. The website code does not install advertising trackers, visitor analytics or session-replay tools. Fonts are served directly from Capture IV rather than requested from Google Fonts.

Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, request details and operational logs. The platform records security, account and billing actions; it does not use a session-replay tool to record everything you type.

Service providers and maps

The marketing website is hosted through OpenAI Sites infrastructure; the platform and database use Render, private project storage uses Cloudflare R2, account email uses Resend, and payments use Stripe. These providers process information needed for their functions.

Interactive maps, map imagery, address searches and map libraries may contact external map or delivery providers when you use those features. The provider receives the information needed for that request, such as an IP address or the address you search for. Choosing to share a project gives the people authorized by your company access to the material included in that share.

Retention and requests

After paid access ends, company administrators have a 90-day read-only retrieval window for existing project files. Uploads, edits and client sharing are unavailable during that window. Retention beyond 90 days is not guaranteed; cancellation does not start automatic deletion. Billing, security and inquiry records are managed separately from project-file retrieval.

For a privacy, access, correction or deletion request, use the Privacy Request contact form. Include enough information to identify the account, without sending credentials. We may need to verify your identity and your authority over company data before acting.

Business use

Capture IV is designed for authorized business project teams and their clients, and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through Capture IV, use the privacy contact form so it can be reviewed.
