Before uploading or sharing

Upload and share only footage, photographs, drawings, documents and other material that you own or have permission to store and share. Check your client agreements and any restrictions on sensitive plans, third-party imagery, people or locations before giving others access.

Report a concern

To report material you believe infringes your copyright, use the Copyright Report form. Inquiries are saved for review by the Capture IV team at HERSHEY CAPITAL LLC, Pennsylvania.

• Identify yourself and provide an email where you can be reached.
• Describe the copyrighted work and identify the material on Capture IV, including the project or share URL if known.
• Explain why you believe the use is unauthorized and whether you are the owner or an authorized representative.
• Do not upload passwords, access codes, identity documents or confidential project files to the form.

Submitting a report does not automatically remove content or establish who owns it. Information may be requested to verify and review the concern.
