Billing & cancellation

Basic, per company

Basic is $399 per month, or $4,548.60 per year billed annually. Annual billing saves 5% compared with twelve monthly payments. Basic includes one active project, two authenticated company accounts and 1 TB of storage. There are no automatic storage overage charges or paid storage add-ons.

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year at the price and billing interval shown in the checkout review until cancelled. You must affirmatively accept the billing and cancellation terms before continuing to secure payment. Your payment details are entered on Stripe's checkout page.

How to cancel

Sign in as your company administrator and open Billing to manage or cancel the subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and stops the next renewal. If you cannot access billing, submit a Billing & Cancellation inquiry with your company name and account email; never include card details or passwords.

Refunds and file retrieval

Monthly payments are not automatically refunded, except where required by law or an approved exception. Annual refund requests receive manual review, with no guaranteed refund. Company administrators have a 90-day read-only retrieval window after paid access ends to download existing project files. Uploads, edits and client sharing are unavailable during that window. Retention beyond 90 days is not guaranteed, and cancellation does not trigger automatic file deletion.

Enterprise

Enterprise pricing and scope are agreed separately based on the company. No example Enterprise price is a binding quote. Review your agreement and the amount and billing interval shown at checkout before paying.
